Gianni Dell'Aiuto our founder and lead counsel
Lead Counsel of PortaleItaly and founder of the Studio Legale Dell’Aiuto law firm, for over 30 years Gianni has served the people of Rome, Florence, and wider Italy in a variety of legal specialties. For more than 15 years, he has worked directly with the Court of Rome to advise on and procure citizenship via the “Jus sanguinis” laws and through other means. Having overseen hundreds of Italian citizenship procedures, you’re in the most capable hands when you work with PortaleItaly.

PortaleItaly is a registered U.S. company (LLC) specializing exclusively in assisting individuals of Italian descent in obtaining legal recognition of their Italian citizenship. Although we are formally registered in the state of New York, our team operates between the United States and Italy — with our Discovery and Document Collection departments in New York, and our Legal Team in Rome, led by our co-founder, Avv. Gianni Dell’Aiuto.
Gianni is a practicing attorney with over 30 years of legal experience, a published author, and a senior professor of law at one of Italy’s leading universities.
